I have cats, but they’re not good around other cats and dogs. Yes, I empty the litter boxes every day because I don’t like a smelly house.

A background check will be required through my apartment complex. If you cannot pass a background check in order to add your name to the lease, please do not apply. No exceptions! You are welcome to break the lease at any time. As long as I’m still on the lease, it won’t look bad for you. I just can’t risk losing my place to live because of someone secretly living in my apartment without the office knowing about it.
