Salem's room

The room has hardwood floors a closet, window, and small glass sliding door with a screen that opens to the patio. Private bathroom adjacent to room. Rooms are opposite each other and separated by the living room. There is also a secondary door to second room/bathroom/ washer-dryer area that makes it more private. Washer/dryer in unit on second room side. Shared areas (furnished) include the patio, living room/dining, and kitchen. Rent $1050, water included. Electric and Wi-Fi is paid separately; Wi-Fi fixed and electric is split per month based of usage. Covered parking spot available for most vehicles. There is currently a bunk bed in the room that has side staggered stairs with storage under the steps, and a decent size desk area under it, but I can remove it if not interested in it. I have a second fridge available as well if separation of food is something you prefer.

I’m 27, single, and queer. My place is a safe and welcoming space for everyone. I live with my two cats so must be pet friendly. I enjoy cooking, crafting, skating, boarding, watching movies, etc. Im easy going and 4/20 friendly.
