Available June 1, 2026! Hello! Your rent includes ALL UTILITIES and a fully furnished bedroom in a large property! We have business-speed wifi, a washer and dryer, a sunroom, and a large backyard with a firepit and string lighting. You’ll have access to a large kitchen with ALL needed utensils, a beautiful living room, sun room, washer and dryer, large backyard with a fire pit, hammocks, and private parking spot in a huge private fenced in area. Currently we have one room available. We’re hoping for a minimum of 6 months on this room. We have a SUPERHOST rating on Air BNB but are opening these rooms up for longer term stays. Message for availability! No pets. No chidren. Not suitable for either.
About the roomies
Excellent housemates, very respectful, and quiet! They take care of their own space, along with the public spaces around the house.
