The space consists of 2 private rooms, a bedroom and your own living room, clean and peaceful, furnished (new bed), plus a hallway and alcove by your private half bath. Showers require using my bathroom upstairs. Heat, hot water, electricity, and internet included. Use of kitchen. Street parking and bus stop right outside property. It’s an end of a row home on the west side of Allentown, lots of west sunlight. Use of scented products such as air “fresheners”, plug-ins, scented laundry soap, dryer sheets, etc. not permitted. Candles or other open flames not permitted. Non-smokers only. No pets.

I am a 69-year-retired woman. Hard of hearing with 2 cochlear implants so I need people to speak without mumbling, or too fast.
