Use of 3 private rooms. Private entrance. There is a private half bath for you but showers would require sharing my bathroom upstairs. Heat, hot water, and internet included but electric is extra. These rooms are on a separate meter. Share kitchen. Street parking and bus stop right outside property. It’s an end of a row home on the west side of Allentown, lots of west sunlight. A very nice space. The map is showing Tilghman around 13th but that’s not accurate, it is much further west, between 19th and Cedar Crest.

I am a 66-year-old retired woman, quiet lifestyle. Boyfriend visits on weekends.
