It would be just you and me on the lease. I am clean, organised, and responsive to feedback. I work hybrid in tech, have degrees in Physics and Mathematics, and love hikes. I would love a roomate to hang out with, but it’s fine if we end up in our own seperate worlds. I will work with you to draft a roommate agreement before signing any leases so we can be sure we both get what we want out of this. (If that sounds weird, I promise it is a positive thing.)
