I am a professional healthcare worker. I own the condo. I live alone with no pets or kids. Maximum rent time is 6 months at a time, otherwise, 3 months and month to month are the only other alternatives. Renewals if extended stay is required must be done 4 weeks in advance. Security deposit and first month rent due prior to move in.
