About the room
It’s quiet and peaceful. You would have your own room but you’d be sharing the whole house. First month is $600 rent up front , and then after that it’s $400 a month and half utilities. The extra $200 on the first month’s rent is not a security deposit. It’s to cover the utility bills when you move out.
