Entire finished & furnished basement of our private home. Looking for a roomie ASAP. It has a huge walk in master closet & 3/4 bath (shower, no tub). It’s got central heating/cooling plus your own personal heater too. Plenty of shelf space for your belongings. It’s a tri-level so it’s not a full staircase to traverse. Tons of lighting plus plug in lights so you can see your way around at night.

We’ve brought down a twin day bed with another twin trundle underneath. We can make other arrangements if this size bed doesn’t work. A small refrigerator, microwave & smart TV (w/Roku) upgrade are on the way once we secure a roomate! We’ve got subscriptions that you’ll have access to in your room: Netflix, Showtime, STARZ, Peacock & Disney+. You’ll have your own key to the room and front door. Parking in driveway. Hot tub in backyard. Includes all utilities, including Wi-Fi. Use of washer, dryer, and all cleaning supplies included (on 3rd level). No pets, smoking, or entertaining. Female only.

We’re currently a family of 3 plus two cats. Our oldest kids have grown and moved out, the youngest is 8 and has severe allergies & asthma. We are fairly private and don’t want male guests in the home. My husband works a job that takes him on the road 80% of the time, so it’s usually just us two girls.

We’re looking for a longer term renter who will get to know us to some degree. You don’t need to become part of the family, but I do want to get to know who we’re living with and be able to communicate on anything of significance. We’re not religious, but are ok if you are as long as we’re not judged for it. We’re big dorks often singing and making up silly games, chasing each other around the house, and playing hide & seek with our cat.

Must be down to earth, and love a glass of red wine in the evening.
