Rent includes utilities. Wifi available. Street parking. Asking for $500 deposit refundable at the end of the lease. Short term, month to month lease are options. $950 a month.

We are a family of 4 + 2 large backyard dogs. This is a 2 storey house. The room is upstairs, separate bathroom but private. House has security cameras outdoor and indoor except for renter’s room. We like to keep things tidy. We are a non smoking, no vice, no other pet home.
