Month to month. Utilities included. Cox cable and wifi. Access to laundry room. Cleaning lady comes biweekly.
No guests. No drinking/smoking in the house please. No pets. Looking for someone responsible, respectful and clean that works full time outside of home.

This is a family home with kids. We’re respectful of personal space and privacy and are looking for the same in return. We’re bilingual in English and Spanish.
