Three bedroom house in a great neighborhood, nearby shops, and grocery on Hwy 527. Close to a small park and conveniently located to many shops.

Sharing with two professional women and use of all common rooms - kitchen, living room, dining room, washer and dryer, and shared bathroom. No pets.

Rent is $700, NOT including utilities and internet (about $100 to $140 a month). One-month deposit and background check, and credit check are required. Parking will be on the street. Unfurnished..
