Private home in a safe, quiet, upscale neighborly neighborhood. SHARED BATHROOM. On a large lot with off street parking. Within walking distance to shopping, library, movie theater along with quick access to the interstate. About 1.5 miles to Regent University, 4 miles to VB Town Ctr. (Art Institute) and less than 3.5 miles from TCC VB Campus. Also close to several hospitals. Rarely, experiences jet noise. Not in any flight paths. Access to kitchen and laundry. The only other expenses, split the cost of things like paper towels, TP, trash bags, cleaning supplies when needed.

Am still working on the room, just finished painting, pulled the carpeting, added an area rug and padding. New ceiling fan with lighting and remote. Touch lamps, new shades, chair and ottoman. The room is 12.1’x13’ with 2 closets and 2 windows. Just about to add a few things such as wall art, shelves …

No smoking, overnight or long term guest, NO CHILDREN full or part time. Security deposit due at move-in.

I do have a dog but we have our own separate area. Not opposed to someone that may be interested, having a cat … not a deal breaker. There is one other roommate, super nice. Women only. Rule of thumb, clean up after yourself, we do. We are both respectful and considerate of others, expect any potential roomie, do the same.

I smoke, am trying to quit. That said, the house has never been smoked in, outside only. You’ll use the front door as your entrance, I use a separate entrance.
