Pharoah's room

I’m located in Atlanta (Old Hapeville), close to the airport. It’s a 3-bedroom apartment on the top floor and I’m renting out two bedrooms (unfurnished) that’s located in the middle and back of the apartment.

• The middle room with the double-pane window with the large closet is $600 a month.
• The back room with the single-pane window and walk-in closet is $650 a month.
• The bathroom is shared between the two.
• The sub-details of the place can be discussed through direct communication.

If you are interested in renting either of my rooms, then you must connect with me as individual and a potential housemate first. I will not live with a complete stranger.

So, therefore, I’m not willing to move anyone into my home that is looking to create boundaries and remain to themselves during their stay. This wouldn’t be the place for you and encourage you to continue your search because seclusion creates distrust. Living here, trust is valued over money. Trust creates more money to be made for everyone.

Why am I seeking housemates? Extra income and building relationships is always a positive.

I’m an entrepreneur. I’m a sketch artist, I sell items on Ebay, deliver for Instacart (sometimes), and I also practice sensual and holistic massages.
