Silas's room

Private Room For Rent in Downtown Tempe !! Utilities run about $60 per person, + about $20 for internet. Available ASAP; the lease goes until August 2023. Move in costs include rent which would be prorated from the time of move in plus (possible) security deposit from the leasing office. You would be transferred onto the lease with the office as well as signing a roommate agreement. Security deposit is TBD but shouldn’t exceed one months rent. The room is not furnished but is deep cleaned and has one of the bigger windows of the 3, a spacious closet as well as a new ceiling fan.

You’ll have access to all common areas of the house (we bearly moved in ourselves so common areas will be furnished with couches tables etc in a couple weeks ) as well as common storage spaces. The apartment has all linoleum flooring throughout, lots of natural light, as well as all basic appliances; electric stove, dishwasher, fridge etc. We are also one of the few units that have in unit laundry !

The apartment complex is walking distance to many restaurants and shops, there’s a beautiful park right behind us, public transportation stops right in front, and the community is pretty nice for the time we’ve been here so far 🙂 We’re looking for someone who is reliable, clean and friendly. Unfortunately absolutely no pets as we already have a cat. DM me for more info or any questions!
