Amanda's room

My husband and I bought this house last year. We are still in construction in some parts of the house. We will have a bedroom available on Nov 1st. Our house has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and office. We are building a third bathroom one of the many construction projects. We live in the Dobson Ranch community. We have a pool and hot tub. Each roommate has their own refrigerator, air purifier, laundry cabinet, shoe storage, mail box inside the house and etc. We provide everything except; personal hygiene, furniture for your room and food. Everything else is community based etc; kitchen, living room, laundry room, pantry and entryway. We do have a drive way and street parking. We have access to all the communities amenities with a special access key that is in the HOA. We have Cox as our internet provider, Gigablast and the unlimited data version. We have 4 routers, So if you are a PC gamer or do VR our internet will perfect. We have the Ring camera all over the outside of the house. As we do more construction there will be more features to come.

My husband and I have been together for 14 years. We are both 1st American born but we are very young at heart . Disney, Harry Potter and Anime is our life. We are also both into construction. We are both handy. We have a total of 4 other roommates who are all introverts but are super awesome. We encourage our roommates to make their room their safe place. One roommate has two cats but they stay in his room which he has the Master. Another roommate has one cat and rabbit. The cat stays in her room and the rabbit has a nice area in the family room. We have three trained dogs of our own and a tortoise in the backyard. We believe in a safe and healthy environment for everyone. We accept all orientation and beliefs but women’s choice is the most important in our house. We do support the LGBTQIA+. We believe in mental health and strive to support eachother as best as we can. My husband and I will love your kids or animals like family. We are far from perfect but strive to learn from our mistakes and keep moving forward. Check us out.
