Quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood with community amenities including beach on the Chesapeake Bay. Full house common area privileges. Flexible lease terms - 6 month with month-to-month renewal preferred.

I own the home and work for the school system. I rent the spare two bedrooms to young professionals or mature students. Bathroom is shared with my other renter. Additional half bath on the first floor.
