Emery Street

Property is a 3 bed, 1.5 bath just off Main Street in Longmont. There’s a washer/dryer, front, side and back yards, garage, house is a duplex and we have a good relationship with our neighbors and we are respectful of each other. Room is on the smaller side, and can come furnished or not, currently furnishings would be a very comfortable bed, dresser, bedside table, tapestry of the mountains and small trash and recycling cans. Landlord doesn’t allow dogs or cats unfortunately.

All of us moved here to work in hiking trail construction and are very outdoorsy, we bike, climb, hike, and much more but do still enjoy nights in with a well cooked dinner and a movie. All roommates are in their mid-late 20’s, roomies are 1 male/female couple and a female. We are clean, respectful and easy to get along with people and it would be ideal if we could find someone that was as well.
