Julie's room

Quiet neighborhood located on the outskirts of E Olympia. It may feel you’re in the country but you’re just 15 minutes away from major grocery stores and restaurants. A stones throw away from golf, if that’s your thing. You’ll have your own bedroom furnished (bed, dresser, smart tv). The guest bathroom will be yours but is accessible for visitors. There is parking available, eventually space in the garage. A garage door opener will be provided. The utilities will be included in the rent. (PSE, garbage/recycling, water and cable). I have indoor cats who have sweet personalities. An aviary of zebra finches. The birds are sweet during the day and quiet at night. There is a large deck on the back of the house which is perfect for relaxing and/or entertaining. There is a hot tub available as well. The third bedroom is my home office. We could arrange a shared space, if necessary.

I am the homeowner. I have lived here for 22 years. I enjoy my space but am a social creature at heart. I am a natural night owl. I love sports; baseball and football. I watch when the home team is playing. I do have a few shows I watch on a normal basis, usually streaming or DVR. I love to travel when time allows.
