::: About the Room ::: Discover a secure, quiet retreat in the desirable Woodward Park area of Northeast Fresno. We welcome one person. This private furnished bedroom offers everything you need for comfort and productivity:

*A luxurious queen DreamCloud Luxury Hybrid bed *A desk for working or studying *A smart TV for your entertainment *Top-down/bottom-up blackout cellular shades for privacy and light control *A spacious walk-in closet for all your belongings *New celing fan

Please bring your own blankets, sheets, and pillows.

Utilities are all included (water, electricity, gas, trash, and internet). If you work from home, there’s an additional $100/month charge, making total rent $1200 (plus deposit).

The bathroom may occasionally double as a guest bathroom for rare business or social gatherings we hold. Enjoy tasteful upgrades such as a West Elm vanity light fixture, Kohler faucet and sink, and a sleek towel bar.

About the roomies

My husband and I are friendly, working professionals who spend our weekdays elsewhere but occasionally work from home midweek and look forward to enjoying weekends in our home. We occasionally bring our two well-loved cats along (just a handful of times a year), so this space may not be ideal for those with allergies. While we adore our furry companions, we aren’t able to welcome any additional pets.

We value a clean, peaceful, and respectful environment and look forward to sharing our space with the right person.
