Fully furnished bedroom (bed, dressers, closet, and smart TV) located in the Cypress Ridge neighborhood of Bluffton, South Carolina. The house is about 2,000 square feet and cozy, 2.5 bathrooms, fenced in back yard with a screened in patio. Amenities include 2 pools, lazy river, basketball and pickle ball courts, and a two story gym. You’ll have full range of the house and all amenities. The rooms will be available the beginning of January and we are looking for somebody to rent for about 2 years. Must be clean, willing to help clean, and dog friendly. The rent is $875 + $50 for utilities. I don’t want to make my roomie feel like they have to stay hidden away in their room, my house is your house and I will do my best to ensure you feel welcomed 🙂

I am a 29 year old nursing student. My husband will be leaving for Rhode Island in January and I will be staying here until I finish school. I love to cook, listen to music, read, and binge random Netflix series in my free time. I’m a social butterfly who loves meeting new people and going out for dinner, drinks, and sporadic shopping.
