Development has walking trails along the water. House has 2 1/2 bathrooms. Kitchen and laundry shared by all. Homeowner covers first $150 each month of gas and of electricity bills; overage is divided among all, including homeowner. House has air conditioners, cable TV, Cox internet. Room has pencil post bed, reading chair, writing table, bureau, closet etc. No pets, no smoking. 6 month lease required, continue month to month after that. References required for character and to verify employment.

Homeowner: elderly female professor. Other tenant is middle-aged woman. Seeking employed (during the day) female 25 or older for another room. Homeowner enjoys quiet life with reading, gardening and needlecraft as hobbies.
