The 12’ x 11’ living/dining/kitchenette space is private and self-contained with warm, natural lighting, hard surface flooring, a mini fridge, microwave, and portable, induction stove with pans.

The standard sized bathroom has been nicely remodeled with new flooring, toilet, vanity, and shower doors. The 8’ x 11’ bedroom has a closet and lots of natural lighting to make for a cozy, welcoming space. All rooms are heated by a whole-house HVAC system, and a small space heater is provided for additional heat if desired.
