Room for rent / 2 people $1500 Large bedroom 2 Bathrooms only one shower in the house so that’s shared. Queen-size bed, plenty of drawers, 55“ TV. The room is cable and WiFi ready . Access to the pool across the river street. I have 1 cat if you are allergic please don’t apply. This is a quiet 55 and older gated community in Boca. I feel someone under 40 would not be comfortable here but that should not stop anyone from applying. There is a washer/dryer on premises (not in my condo😞) I look forward to meeting a great person.I’d like a personal and business reference please. I’ll give references too!
