Hello! I am looking to sublease my room in this brooklyn apartment. It’s right next to Franklin Ave metro stop and has two very nice grocery stores on both sides while also having many restaurants and many gyms in the area. It is definitely a younger area, I felt way safer there than Manhattan. My room has two big windows facing the city with an amazing view and a fire espace to hang out on. The ceilings are super high and even comes with a small but very high closet with storage space. If you are interested I am selling my bed and mattress (my bed was an ikea for drawer storage bed) as well. The kitchen has oven stove and a big size fridge, and a washer and dryer which is super nice!
Everyone in the house are very sweet, we all do our own thing and have our own jobs. We’re all in our 20s. We are 420 friendly and all go out every now and then. Looking forward to hearing from you!
