A furnished room in a family home, includes fiber internet and roku tv with netflix hulu etc. NO smoking in the house. We have a backyard with a nice deck. We have a garage parking so let us know about this if needed. Otherwise, we have street and the driveway to park. We have a cat so we cannot have any other pets in the house.
