Jay's room

The home is a 2300sq foot home. It has 5 bedrooms a loft and 3 bathrooms. Laundry upstairs and a finished basement downstairs. I also have a nice fourseasons room that is almost completed and I am super excited about. No garage access but there is street parking.

It will be myself (49 year old male) my daughter who is 12 and son who is 11. They stay here half the nights but are here almost every day for a couple of hours after school. I am on disability due to my health from all my cancer treatments. I am in remission and am ready for the next adventure in life. I spend most of my time in my room so the house is pretty open. You wouldn’t have to live in just a room. You would be able to share more of the actual house. I am only willing to rent to a responsible Female. So guys please stop sending me messages. I have a 12 year old daughter at home and I will not rent to a male period.
I have 2 cats and I have a service dog boxer that is a 2. My two older boys have moved out in the past year so now I have way to much house. I thought I would try this instead of selling just to get a smaller place and pay more. PS. i am willing to reduce the rent if you are able to help me with some of my daily needs and chores. I will be renting this out asap. So if interested send me a message.
