Gigi's room

Quite neighborhood. 10 minute drive to University of Delaware. Very spacious and finished basement. Basement comes with its own half bathroom. The shower is shared upstairs (although it can be private if you wish). There is a bed, tv, sitting area, and clothing storage (not a closet). Wifi and all bills included. If a desk is required we can provide that as well. Another perk is that we have an on-site washer and dryer (included with rent).

Two people live on this property. We both work from home but we are very quiet people. We like to keep things clean. Two cats also live with us but if you don’t like cats or are allergic we will make accommodations to not have them near when you go upstairs to shower. Cats will not be in your room at all.
