Looking for someone to take over my part of lease until April 21, 2023.
This listing is for one person only, no couples or families.
The location is next to Alexandria Inova hospital in seminary hill.
Rent is $1250 per month. Utilities are not included in this price. They will be most likely an additional $150., for electric, gas, and wifi.
Parking is free on street directly outside apartment and always available.
This is for 1 bedroom in a 2 bed 2.5 bath unit. The unit will be shared with one other male roommate. Ideally looking for male to replace myself.
I am not planning to leave it furnished however if that is more convenient for you I can provide the shown furniture for $1400 a month.
Lastly, security deposit is $350, required prior to move in day and returned upon move out.
