Ellie's room

Decent sized room with a shared bathroom. You’ll only have to furnish your room and dishes/cookware. Its in Washington, in a quieter residential area. The room would be upstairs with a shared bathroom. There’s 2 living rooms, one upstairs and one on the main level. Very decently sized kitchen. We haven’t signed the lease yet as we’ve been waiting for a good fit for our 3rd roommate. You would have to submit your own application to the property management company and qualify by their standards. Personally, I think that is a good thing. It makes everyone’s connection to the lease separate.

There’s two of us. Ellie and Dallin. We’re looking for someone who is very independent and cleans up after themself. We’re both work full time, are easy-going, and chill. Everything would be separate = cookware, groceries, etc. The shared bathroom won’t be an issue as long as you’re cleanly. If you’re not clean we will have issues so please don’t contact if that may be difficult.
