Florence's room

Private room and bathroom in a 2-bed/2-bath apartment in the Panama Park neighborhood of Sunnyvale (near Wolfe/Fremont intersection). Utilities are on top of rent (just electric and internet, and both accounts are in my name). The building is a little older (1960s) but is well-maintained, and the onsite manager is awesome. No animals allowed, unfortunately. Laundry is in-complex and the closest set of machines is right across the hall from this unit. No dishwasher, though. The available room has a walk-in closet and its bathroom has a bathtub. The pictures of the room/bathroom show furnishings, but it will be unfurnished. Management will require filling out an application and doing a credit check.

I’m female, mid-30s, and work across town as an admin with mostly regular daytime hours. When at home, I mostly keep to myself, and I tend to make fairly simple meals so that I don’t take up too much time in the kitchen. I don’t tend to have visitors and might spend a few nights per month away from the apartment. I’m looking for a roommate who’s also pretty quiet/low-key, and is respectful of privacy, belongings, and shared areas. I can be fun too, though, I swear! =)
