This is a rental for a private bedroom and bathroom in a luxury apartment in northern va, you will have windows that open with a view of the balcony and outdoor grassy area. This bedroom has a large walk in closet and a door for easy access to your bathroom. I currently have a twin sized daybed and a small dresser in the room that can be moved to storage if you prefer them to be cleared out. There’s a fireplace in the living room- an in unit washer and dryer- and an extra kitchen cabinet for your food storage needs. There are many amenities at the apartment that are free for your use- there’s a very nice gym, a pool for the summer- and multiple options of places to work from home

Hey there! I’m just a spooky young professional female who’s fairly laid back. This is a sober household, what you do and keep out of the home is your business- however in the home there is no alcohol or substances allowed. I have a few pets including a dog, a cat, and a few reptiles of which will be kept in my room. All of which are extremely friendly! My partner visits regularly- other than that my guests are very limited. I work nights so I’m generally home during the day time- but am fairly quiet when home. I do have a cleaning lady who comes regularly.
