Miranda's room

There’s a big garden outside, near by grocery store, restaurants (small local) orchards, library, and park. The house is an old victorian home, and very pretty. The room available is large and already furnished. There’s an upstairs and downstairs bathroom/laundry room. Livingroom, dinningroom, small kitchen, studio, guest bedroom, and an indoor porch. In the photos of the room for rent, ignore that cat stuff that will be moved out if someone moves in.

I’m 24, and looking for someone who’s quiet and friendly. I have two cats who are very sweet, one two year old spinx and one eight week old tabby. The home is kept clean and mostly neat. I am a small business owner, so it’s important that my office and work supplies aren’t touches or tampered with; obviously I will also never touch your stuff either. I enjoy gardening, yoga, weight lifting, varies crafting (art projects), playing dnd (I have a group I play with once a week), cooking, and quiet reading time.
