The studio itself is spacious enough. Wooden floor, kitchen with table. Closet with sliding mirror doors, 1st floor, and sliding door to a court yard. Let me know for any extra details or questions Its pretty furnished already but I am more then willing to move or remove couple things away. We could always install some kind of “Barrier” if that would make you feel comfortable.
About the roomies
I am currently living here, and I’m just looking for a roommate since my current one is leaving for UCLA. Again, I am currently living here. I’ve never had any issues with neighbors or admins, it really is a calm and quiet area.
Ive always felt well and at peace here, and I would very much like it to stay that way.
