We have a room for rent close to San Diego State University. The room will be available May 1, 2026. Rent is $1,150/month including all utilities and unlimited wifi. The room is fully furnished with a bed, dresser, desk & chair, and your own refrigerator/freezer. You also have your own private entrance with a small patio/outdoor area to sit and relax with a cup of coffee or tea. Bathroom and kitchen is shared with other residents in the house. There is plenty of on street parking in our neighborhood. We recently renovated the fully fenced backyard to include a furnished deck, charcoal barbecue and firepit that you are welcome to use for guests or to enjoy the beautiful view for some peace and quiet. We will consider a couple with a rent adjustment of $1,300/month.

You will be sharing a 4 bedroom house with myself and my husband, plus 2 other roommates. They are students so they are never home. We also have 3 small dogs and 2 cats but they are never in the room so you don’t have to worry about pet hair and dander.
