50s ranch house in quiet neighborhood. 3 bedrooms (one is mine, one available, one is set up as an office). One full bathroom that will be shared. Finished basement including laundry and half bath. Fireplace. Hot tub. Private backyard.

I am 33 female. I have two large lab type dogs (14yo and 6yo). I work away from home M-F 730am-530pm so you’d probably be home with just the dogs sometimes and would need to be comfortable around dogs. I like the house to stay clean and tidy. I’m pretty quiet and mostly keep to myself.
