I have rooms available to rent in my home in Plano, Santa Fe Estates. It’s a quiet area with plenty of private parking, so if you have a car, you can find parking at the back of the home or in the garage. The rooms are unfurnished and the bathroom is shared with 1 person, except for the master bedroom. All utilities are included in your monthly rent. All roommates will have access to the common areas of the home: living room, TV room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry, yard.
