Recreation: Park, and all amenities within a block including Vast nature reserve with trails, jogging, cycling, play fields etc. Shopping / Banks / Restaurants/ Walgreens nearby. Laundry on site.

What’s Included: Internet/Electric Use of Kitchen (if you will clean up after every use) 3 door Wardrobe in Room 1 closet in Room 1 TV stand ** Bed/Mattress not provided as people want to bring their own usually. But if needed will provide, single/Twin bed and mattress.**

Cleaning: Must be capable and willing to help in cleaning. Basic Kitchen/bathroom cleaning after every use. Regular Vacuum. Keep your Room clean & neat all the time.

Requirements:

• 1 month security deposit
• 1 month rent

• NO dramas
• NO Visitors / strangers in apt
• NO overnight / stay-over guests
• NO hanging out late night / sofa sleeping or storing personal items in shared Living room except day to day movements and dining.
• NO delaying payment pls

The above is in the best interest of all roommate to feel comfortable, have a stress free living, and maintain a blissful living experience.
