Private bedroom available in my duplex home located in Chandler! The room will be available the week of November 1st and I am looking for a roommate. I have 1 dog.

We’re located in a great quiet family neighborhood in Chandler, off of Ray and Alma School, we’re close to both the freeways, grocery stores (Safeway, Sprouts and Whole Foods), and less than a 5 min drive to Downtown Chandler. I have a spacious living room, dining and kitchen that are fully furnished. The kitchen is a great size and the laundry is adjacent to it. The private bedroom has a good size closet and plenty of storage in the shared bathroom. We have a great patio and full private backyard.

Ideally, I’m looking for a female roommate. I’m okay with pets but more info will be requested and approval isn’t guaranteed. Rent for the room is $/each for internet, electric and gas vary in summer/winter months, roughly $/each. Water is included in the rent. There’s space for parking in the 2-car carport and ample space for visitors.
