About the room

I’m thrilled to offer two wonderful upstairs rooms available in our inviting home, located in the scenic neighborhood of Ponderosa Hills in Tuolumne, California. We’re amidst breathtaking scenery, surrounded by majestic ponderosa pines and a bounty of local wildlife. This setting is ideal for anyone who relishes in nature’s charms or simply enjoys a tranquil environment.

The two available rooms are distinct in size, reflected in their pricing. One room is available for $800, while the slightly larger one is priced at $950. Please note that the rent for each room includes all utilities.

In addition to the rooms, you’ll have the added benefit of your own fridge, ensuring your groceries and meals are always secure and separate. Plus, a washer and dryer are conveniently located in a room adjacent to the bedrooms, saving you time on laundry day.

Choosing either room will grant you access to not just a place to live, but a home embedded in an enchanting setting. About the roomies

You’ll be sharing the house with me and my two friendly dogs, who mostly stay inside. The dogs are well-behaved and love to relax around the house. There’s also a couple renting a room on the bottom floor, but they mostly keep to themselves, so the space stays peaceful and private. We’re looking for someone who’s easygoing, pet-friendly, and respectful of shared spaces.
