Room for rent in a brand new 3 bed 2.5 bath townhouse (2k plus square feet) in a brand new community in Homestead. The rent includes all utilities including water, gas, trash, and wifi. Rent also includes parking spot in the driveway and access to the community clubhouse, fitness center, and pool/jacuzzi.

The renter will have access to the entire home including the living rooms, kitchen, and backyard. The bathroom is shared with one other person. Preference will be given to a young person, preferably a student or young professional. Male or female are welcome.

First month rent plus deposit to move in after a successful background check.

Currently I am living there with a 21 year old friend, we are chill people who work during the week and go out on weekends. Pretty normal stuff.
