Room is available now. Within walking distance to downtown central TC. Lawn with garden and backyard. All utilities are included in rent. The location and neighborhood are excellent.
About the roomies
The house stays tidy. We both work downtown at the moment. We are very chill and friendly. I do a bunch of acting and theater as well as my job in radio. The other tenant works at a restaurant downtown. Previous tenant bought their own house so this became available.
