Private bedroom and shared bathroom. The shared areas like living room and kitchen are already furnished and stocked. The open bedroom would be yours to furnish.

About 15 minute drive to Target, 15 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to MSU campus. No dogs or cats allowed due to allergies. Street parking.

Lease dates of 07/01/24-06/30/25 (12 months). Would be willing to consider 07/01-24-12/31/24 (6 month) lease.

I’m a 29 year old female. My boyfriend and I are in the master bedroom and have our own bathroom. I work full time and go to school part time. I have a range of hobbies from paddle boarding to going to concerts. He is 29 and is very outdoorsy. He also works full time and goes to school part time.

Third roommate is a 25 year old male who works full time and plans to go back to school. He is very clean and likes playing video games.

We are looking for a fourth roomie who is responsible, clean, and can pay rent on time. We are all friends/friendly but don’t necessarily hang out with each other all the time. We tend to keep the apartment fairly quiet and definitely clean.
