House is located in a well-kept, quiet neighborhood away from city noise and traffic, close to grocery shopping and Central Park.
I am a retired guy in a five-bedroom house, living with one other tenant and elderly parents in a downstairs bedroom. I respect tenants’ privacy and welcome the same in return. No pets. No smoking.
