The room is a square room, well-lit with two windows, a closet, and a ceiling fan. The house itself is very well kept - a cleaning service comes in monthly to keep things tidy. It’s an open floor plan with well-working appliances.
The backyard/back patio is a very relaxing place to hang out when you need some time to yourself.
The area is only 10 minutes south of downtown but it’s nice and quiet. And we live 3 minutes away from a Kroger and the highway which is super convenient.
About the roomies
1 of the roommates is a friend of mine named Germaine. I have lived with him for 2.5 years. He’s a great dude - usually pretty quiet and keeps to himself. He’s a 30 year-old manager who is single, does not drink, and one of the best guys I know.
