East Miner Street

Our townhouse is right in the heart of the West Chester just a few blocks away from the main stripes many bars and restaurants. It is a 3 bedroom 1 and 1/2 baths. The property includes a front porch for launching. We also have a a shared full kitchen and living room space. In addition a washer and drying is also available. In the back we have another porch and well as a small yard big enough for afternoon grilling and bonfires. There is also amble parking in the back but also plenty of off street parking as well. We do have one full bathroom that is shared between us. The room for rent is a private bedroom with plenty of natural light. While the room does have a smaller closet included we also offer the use of a spacious walk in closet next to the room that is the for the express use of the rooms renter. Our landlady (Sue) has had this house in her family for many generations and has expressly forbidden ALL pets. Sorry

My roommate John, who I actually met through this site, has been here for almost 2 years as well. Johns 27 and a geologist so a pretty smart and laid back guy.

We generally like to hangout in the living room or front porch at the end of the day have a beer and talk about our days, play a little Mario Kart, or head up the street to our favorite bar.

Our past roommate got a job in Arizona so were looking to fill the spot. We are looking for someone if a laidback energy who likes the outdoors, grabbing a drink every once and awhile. Even though we are not huge party boys we do like to have friends over on the weekends. We are looking for a roommate who can become a friend and not just someone who lives in the house.
