The room is simple and clean. Laundry on site. The kitchen, dining, and living room areas are shared areas. A personal refrigerator and cabinet for your own personal use are provided. Non-smokers preferred, otherwise absolutely no smoking in the house. Pet disclosure: I have 2 indoor cats. All utilities included.
