About the room
For rent is an unfurnished 2nd floor bedroom in a Two Story house with a shared bathroom. The room is simple and clean with a good size closet to store your things. Students or Professional tenant desired. Laundry on site.
The kitchen, dining, and living room are shared. Extra shared bathroom downstairs. NO PETS PLEASE. Smokers will not be considered.
Utilities are included. (No cable TV, but internet available.)
NOTE: Street parking only However, time-shared parking can be arranged on certain days. Safe neighborhood near shopping, restaurants, and major freeways.
Rent is $900/month

About the roomies
I am the property owner, I speak English and some Japanese. We have 2 indoor cats Leo and Yumi-chan. We are very quit and responsible and like to keep a clean house.
