Hi my name is Jenise, I will be having a room for rent starting June 1st, 2023. It is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome located in Henderson with a community pool and basketball court. It is near the freeway entrance, so about 15-20 min from the strip. Nearby LVAC, cowabunga bay, central church, galleria mall and many food places. I am asking $750 a month with a $750 deposit down everything will be included with this price. $950 for couples, no pets. It will be me along with one male roommate and my small fur baby. I feel like we are both easy going people. For the most part, the house is extremely quiet and you won’t be seeing us much. But I do like to have my niece and nephews over on occasion, and maybe some family or a friend or two occasionally.
