I have a house in Sherman Oaks located in a safe and quite neighborhood where people walk their dogs regularly.Neighbors are friendly and respectful. House is clean ,organized and quiet(zen like).A place to decompress, recuperate and recharge after a days work. House was newly renovated inside out with modern furnishing yet minimalist in style, uncluttered. There’s a huge landscaped garden from your windows you can see greens and flowers all around. Looking for someone who is focused in their careers with clean and healthy lifestyle, doesn’t bring the party home. A person with calm demeanor and responsible adult.
