Some bedrooms have their own half-bath (pending availability). The shared areas include: two living rooms, a large dining room, large kitchen, and a laundry room. Utilities are included. Each room has its own coded lock. Each potential tenant undergoes a in-depth background check, credit check, and eviction check. Before a tour will be given, you must complete the pre-screener that is emailed to you from Turbo-Tenant.

Everyone is super nice, respectful and cleans up after themselves. Each roommate keeps quiet between 10pm and 7am. Everyone undergoes a background check. This is a no drama house.
