A ton of work went into decorating the house and it is definitely a space where creativity can flow Private bed and bath are on top floor of house Private bath includes sink, toilet, shower, and tub Bedroom has dimmer lighting and fan Housekeeper comes every other week; your bathroom would be cleaned, and your room vacuumed if desired. Rent includes housekeeping service. Washer and dryer in finished basement Family room with large TV located in basement Conservatory on main floor boasts a wood burning fireplace and is ideal for reading a book or playing music. Use of shared kitchen includes dishes, pots/pans, cups, Nespresso (if used often we might ask you contribute some $ towards new pods), condiments, and basic baking ingredients like olive oil and flour. Obviously, if you are someone who cooks and/or bakes A TON we would expect you to supply your own ingredients, but we are happy to share small portions of basic things here and there. We will also clear some cabinet space out for you. Backyard is stunning with a nice, large porch and built in firepit. Table, chairs, and couches sit on the porch and make it the ideal place to relax during the warmer months. House is on a quarter acre so we have a big yard. Room can come unfurnished or partially furnished House is one block over from a main bus stop

Professional adults, one works from home doing computer stuff the other is a mental health counselor and works 3 overnights a week.
